About the Superlek Seminar
Each session will feature two hours of professional instruction led by Superlek Kiatmoo9, offering in-depth insights into Muay Thai techniques and strategy. Participants will learn:
- Superlek’s signature kicking methods and setups
- Timing, balance, and distance management
- Advanced defensive principles and counter techniques
- Fight IQ and decision-making under pressure
- Practical drills to enhance performance
