YOKKAO Return and Exchange Policy

No General Returns or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges after order confirmation is completed, except under specific circumstances outlined below.


Order Errors:
If we have made a mistake when sending your order (e.g., sent a different style or size from what you ordered), you may return the item.

Defective Items:
If the items have a defect from our factory, you may return the item.

Non-Returnable Items:
All sales are final for shoes, and personal items (e.g., hand wraps, groin protectors, mouthguards), including personalized or customized products. This ensures the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.

Sale Items:
Items purchased during sales or pre-order periods are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Time Frame:
Items must be returned within 14 days after the date of shipment delivery.

Product Condition:
All products being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return under the exceptions mentioned, please contact our customer service at for an RMA form and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to any refund being issued. The customer will also be responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return, including duties and taxes to re-import the product into Thailand. All returned items should be sent to:

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
For exchange requests, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. Yokkao will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer, excluding duties and taxes.

Warranty Policy:
Our warranty policy is only in effect for products received as defective. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 14 days of shipment delivery.

Refund Policy:
Yokkao does not accept refunds. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in cases where an error has been made in the order or the item is defective as outlined in our return and exchange conditions. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our customers.
